My pregnancy definitely is the reason why I cut out alcohol and make an effort to eat healthily and sleep early. I was already eating healthy, but now I make an effort to eat extra fruit and veg. I didn't expect to get preggers so quickly, so for me unfortunately it was all cold-turkey!!

Wearing a bikini motivates me to get healthier. I prefer to make small changes instead of more drastic changes as I'm more likely to stick to the smaller changes long term.

Every day is a new challenge! I like to keep myself on track and make my own little goals and rewards. Keeping healthy is a lifestyle choice, not only 28 days. But some people need this.

I think what keeps me going on my weightloss journey is just to be able to shop normally. I am a size 16 and really feel like I am being watched when I am shop, would love to go into any shop and pick up something I like. That's what keeps me going.

While I normally get motivated to exercise durng the warmer months, this year I aim to exercise all year round and not to let winter blues get to me!

I get motivation when I have a summer holiday booked. It tends to force you to get into shape. I have about 3.5 months to shed about 4 kgs which should hopefully be easy!

Im motivated to stay healthy because its so much better than being sick and i feel great the days i do my excersize and not so great the days i dont.

I love a big overhaul a few times a year and then just little steps in between. I'm motivated because I want to feel healthy and strong and want to fit into my jeans :)

I get motivation from my parents, they've instilled some into me. Also I want to be happy all the time and I think that comes with a good lifestyle and not neglecting my body

I get motivated when my doctor tells me there is something wrong with me or I feel like I am treating my body like a garbage bin I probably shouldn't let it get that far :...

I have to stay healthy to care for my Dad as i care for him... But right now he is in hospital and its so scarey as i visit him daily and he isnt any better yet :(
