Blogstar entry: Not any ole' cleanser will ever do anymore.
Do you ever try to ignore all the hype about new/old beauty products knowing you will just spend countless amounts of cash on different brands and promises only to stumble on across one and go “OMG - How dare it do what it claims to do !!”.
This is what happened when I was invited to an Estee Lauder evening about a year ago, I entered into a world of swirling colours and fragrant smells and I imagined this is what it would be like to walk into Wonka’s chocolate factory.
I was presented with a gift pack and within that pack was a product called ‘Perfectly Clean Splash Away Foaming Cleanser’. I went home that evening and thought I would finish up with my current cleanser before opening the next but couldn’t resist trying out my new treats.
REALLY!! where have I been ?, This cleanser is like a miracle, yes a miracle. This product is so good that I am angry I kept it from myself for as long as it has been on the market, I could have had great skin a long time ago, needless to say my old cleanser was laid to rest that very evening.
I use it day and night, and you only need a pea size, truly a pea size to cleanse your whole face, it feels luxurious and lathery and non-stripping, it cleans makeup and mascara thoroughly on the first go and your skin feels soft and moisturised after due to the conditioning properties of White Water Lily, Senega and Barberry.
Blemishes seem to disappear as quick as they came and paired up with my Estee Lauder Night Repair Serum and Moisturiser, seriously my skin has never ever looked and felt so good. This 125ml tube lasted me a whole year and I worked out at a rrp of $52, it only costs me $0.07 per use which equates to $0.98 a week – so if I put $1 a week into a money box I can the treat myself yearly to a beautiful product that only Estee Lauder can deliver.
What a gorgeous brand and product, I have seriously surrendered myself to the world of luxury that is Estee Lauder and not any ole’ cleanser will ever do anymore.
Ladies please run out and buy yourselves a money box ..
