The acne hack cream is perhaps the star of the tbh range. It uses patented 'XBIO technology' which is actually an innovation from Next Science, which uses this technology for various wound-healing purposes in products including those in the medical field. It is "a proprietary, non-toxic technology that disrupts the biofilm’s extracellular polymeric substance (EPS) matrix and makes the bacteria within the biofilm more vulnerable to attack by antimicrobials, antibiotics and the body’s natural immune defenses."

Technical details aside, the cream does work on active acne to dry out and reduce inflammation. It does contain isopropyl alchol which can be potentially drying, so I only apply this acne cream as a spot treatment and not on my whole face. You can see results within days.
