METHOD #1: Thorough, regular cleansing.
Use a high-quality daily cleanser that removes grime while nourishing skin. To amp up the benefits of your cleanser, pair it with an electronic cleansing brush.
METHOD #2: Daily exfoliation
Exfoliating gets rid of debris, clearing pores and leading to a brighter complexion. Look for one that is gentle enough for everyday use so you don’t irritate your skin.
METHOD #3: Facial steaming
Pour some boiling water into a large bowl and let it sit for a few minutes. Then, lean over the bowl and place a towel over your head to keep the steam in. Do this for about five minutes. This will warm up and loosen the top layer of skin so it releases trapped impurities.
