    New Year's Eve is the perfect night to step out of your comfort zone and try something new.

    So why not celebrate the beginning of 2014 by upping your beauty game with some of these quick tricks:

    #1 Add a little glitter

    Use a coloured glitter to line your eyes instead of your usual black.

    #2 Switch your scent

    Enter the New Year with a fresh new fragrance to signify a new start for the year ahead.

    #3 Try falsies

    Lose your false eyelash virginity and make your eyes the main attraction.

    #4 Go bright or go home

    Make your nails as neon as possible by applying a white base coat under a bright colour.
