Contour Eye Pencil Reviews

I have this in brown and while I love the colour and the packaging (the smudger is super handy) this doesn't seem to last long on me, especially on the waterline. It is one of the better natural eyeliners I have tried though. It might be my eyelids as they can get a bit oily.
I might try the black to see if it has more pigment. Would also be good if they had more colours, eg a navy blue.

I love a natural look for everyday and find that a black eyeliner can be too harsh and dramatic looking.
The brown shade of this eyeliner is the most gorgeous, deep chocolate colour and perfect for my everyday look. The formula glides easily and doesn’t smudge even in the waterline. The colour range is beautiful and I am looking forward to trying some of the other colours in this range.

I bought this eye pencil in Sunrise which is like a gold. I liked the idea of the double ended pencil. One end eyeliner and the other blender.

It smells like a pencil (no shock there) and goes on smooth and doesn’t snag or drag. Unfortunately the colour is all wrong for me. I have the European dark eye area, so this colour doesn’t show on my dark lids. It might show up more with a white based primer. I wish I had bought this in another shade as I can’t even use it as a brow pencil as another reviewer has. This might be a great product for a friend with paler skin.

I bought this eyeliner at a Priceline NBN sale and is the first time user of this brands eye products. This comes in a very long rose gold coloured pencil with a soft tip which I found quite attractive . Having sensitive eyes , I am very careful of products that don't irritate and this one didn't disappoint . The pencil is very smooth and glided on my lids without pulling and I applied on top and bottom of lids to test its effectiveness. From early in the morning to past midday and spending the day outside, my eyes still looked great and didn't go onto my skin like some eyeliners do. Best of all the you can use the tip to smudge the liner and contour your eyes to make it a bit like a shadow on the lids so it is quite flexible and pencil is soft enough for it do so . Note this is not waterproof , but you can pop it in your bag for touch-ups. A great quality impressive eye pencil especially for those who want natural ingredients !

I bought the Nude by Nature Contour Eye Pencil in brown. I don’t buy brown eyeliners very often because they don’t show up well on me (especially mid-toned browns). The Contour Eye Pencil’s brown is a highly pigmented chocolate brown, and it is noticeable with my complexion.

I’m in my early fifties and my eye area is crinkly wrinkly. I had to apply the Contour Eye Pencil in short strokes on my upper eye area because the pencil tugged on my skin. The pencil was easier to use on my lower lash line.

I had to sharpen the pencil often to maintain its sharp point. When I had used up three-quarters of the pencil, it started to crumble. The pencil’s smudging tip was not too hard and not too soft. The smudging tip kept falling off, so I didn’t bother using it.

I cannot comment on the Contour Eye Pencil’s longevity for a full day because I don’t work. I only experienced one smudge on a day when I had watery eyes. Anyway, as far as I’m aware, Nude by Nature have not made any claims that the pencil is waterproof.

I'm giving the Contour Eye Pencil a three star rating because it started to crumble after I had used up about three-quarters of it, and because the smudging tip kept falling off.
