How to confidently wear a bold lip
Wearing a striking colour on your lips can turn a boring everyday make-up look into something spectacular. So, knowing how to pull off a daring pout without it fading, bleeding or ending up on your teeth is a skill every beauty should learn.

In the video above, I show you how I like to apply a bold lip – and the tricks I use to avoid disaster.
1. Line the lips with a matching lip liner.
2. Fill in the lips with lipstick.
3. Blot the lips with a tissue and then re-apply for longer lasting colour.
4. Pop your finger in your mouth and pull it out slowly to stop any lipstick going on your teeth.
5. Pucker your lips and you’re done!

I don't have any tips to share in addition to the video. All I know is that I love wearing bright and/or bold lipsticks. Doing so always makes me feel better.

I do all of this except I don't have a lip liner, I really don't see the point in having one I can do this with out it, Love the lipstick looks exactly the same as mine.

Just love that colour, a cool blue based red, would suit me. I rarely wear lippie but I'll try it especially next time I'm going out somewhere

I love wearing bold lippie. Because 1. pinkish colored lipsticks are not for me 2. Red really compliments my skin tone 3. I just love them hoho :)

its important to do step 4 to make sure you dont get any on your teeth. but another tip is to put a thin piece of tissue on top of your lip and put translucent powder on top of the tissue to make it last all day :)
