    Light And Beautiful!

    This is perfect for everyday wear. I love the way it feels on the skin and also has the benefit of sunscreen. It glides on smoothly and just gives the skin a light glow of color. It’s light, has buildable coverage, and does not clog pores. i am so in love with this product!

    good option

    I bought this together with the Lav Mav BB cream online. I've been on the hunt for more natural make up options and while I don't usually like mineral foundation powders, I thought I would give it a go because they also sell a small trial size for about $5. I've since gone back and bought a full sized one. I use the medium and it blends in so well with my yellow undertone. It gives my skin a really healthy glow and is buildable to about a medium coverage. I have combination skin and I took a star off because while one layer is really nice, the second can start to look a bit cakey on my skin and sink into my pores by the middle of the day. One layer is perfect though, so I would recommend this if you don't have much to cover. I also love that it has SPF, rosehip oil and Vitamin C. I would definitely recommend trying this out especially if you can get your hands on the trial size.

    les drying then other mineral powders

    use this mineral powder over the top of the La Mav primer and BB cream. I have fair skin that gets very dry but also oily, which some hormonal acne also. The coverage of this product is pretty good, in conjunction with the two other products I mentioned. I have this in the light shade but I wish there were more colour options because I would prefer a lighter shade for winter. I find this a bit more yellow than my natural skin colour. Most mineral powders make my face feel very dry for the first hour, and then my skin gets oily and very shiny. This doesn't make my skin feel dry, which is great - but my skin does get very shiny and has that tacky feeling. Not the best when you live with cats, so I need to use a finishing powder so that nothing sticks to my face. My finishing powder holds the makeup well, but dries my skin out a bit. Overall I think it's a good product and is not as drying as my two other favourite mineral powders (nude by Nature, physicians formula) but I prefer the light shades of those other powders as they seem less yello

    Beautiful light powder

    I love La Mav products and i really love the La Mav makeup.

    This powder comes in a small plastic jar. It is easy to travel with or take to work.

    The powder is so light. It does not smear or look thick. It requires a light dusting over my face. I use the vegan Kabuki brush also from La Mav. The mineral qualities in this powder transform my skin tone without covering my freckles or natural glow. My complexion appears even but not powdery.

    It may be small pot however so little is needed the pot i have has lasted 10months already. I think the price point is spot on.

    The product itself contains no nasties so i feel confident that what i am putting on my face is healthy.

    Any Tips?: 
    If your looking for extra glow I use the La Mav bronzer on top of this product for a light sunkissed look.

    Blends so naturally

    This beautiful mineral foundation buffs onto my skin so easily. It blends with my natural skin tones giving me a warm sun kissed look without looking overly bronze. The best part of this foundation for me is that it covers some scaring on my chin, without looking like I’m wearing layers of make up. For an easy natural look in 30 seconds and you walk out the door this is a fantastic choice

    Any Tips?: 
    Make sure you tap excess dust off the kubuki brush - that way you won’t get any powdery streaks

    So Natural.

    This is a beautiful, light feeling mineral powder that applies very easily and can be very sheer or heavier, you choose your preference. The coverage is definitely buildable and it is simple to get the finish and coverage you like, from sheer to matte and full.

    The container is small but the powder use is economical. It is the best container I've used for mineral powder having a slide effect which allows the powder to come through the holes into the lid of the container from which you can load it onto your brush. I found it simple to take up just the right amount of powder so that I got the sheer effect I wanted. The powder has a lovely semi matte finish and it feels beautiful and totally weightless on my skin. Once applied it feels as though it isn't there but it lasts beautifully all day.

    La Mav are a wonderfully ethical Australian company who value their integrity and will not compromise on quality. The powder has broad spectrum SPF 15 and a beautiful, natural finish that doesn't look "made up." It is definitely the best and easiest to use of any mineral powder that I have used, and I've used several. I found colour matching simple from the helpful images and video on the La Mav site.

    My super sensitive fair skin loves it.

    Any Tips?: 
    Apply with a good kabuki brush, starting with a light brushing, build for more coverage if desired.
