A friend referred me to this site around a year ago. Now, I am trying to work out how I can refer a friend but I can't see the link anywhere. Can someone, please, point me in the right direction? Thanks :)
Hi kdrummond1! I just had a look for the link & I can't find it either. We used to be able to get points for referring friends, but we can't do that now. The website had a revamp about a year ago. It looks like bh have removed the link.
I reckon you'll have to just send them an email or message & recommend they check out beautyheaven & include the link to an article you think your friend might like, or even just the home page: www.beautyheaven.com.au If I'm not logged in, I always get a pop-up message asking if I want to sign up.
Hi kdrummond1, just jumping in here to confirm the 'refer a friend' feature was unfortunately removed from the site a while ago as we were having trouble with members creating fake email addresses to refer to in order to accrue points.
As misfortune8 has said, this definitely doesn't mean you can't send your friend a very warm welcome on our behalf - here's a link to the sign up page in case you want to forward it on:
We look forward to seeing your friend on site! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to email email@example.com.
I just refer my first friend through the link. http://www.beautyheaven.com.au/user/register.
Oh that's a shame, I was hoping to do the same thing
Thanks so much for replying to me! This is really helpful to know!
I did have one more question: How do I get emails with recent blog posts etc. ? On my profile all the newsletter options are ticked but I never get emails from bh.
Karen: I've only just noticed this post. A few members have had this problem in the past, you should email bh directly, good luck!
That's a shame that people ruined for others.
If you refer a friend do you also earn points ?
There's no points, but if you've got friends who might be interested, email them anyway!
Good to know its back.
Thanks for this thread. I have a couple of friends whom I think may get good use from this site.
One thing I know from receiving random invites from friends to sign up for things where they will also get a benefit is that I ignore the obvious copy and paste emails.
My close friends know exactly what I am interested in and they only rarely mention joining a group to me and probably 90% of the time I will join it because I know my friend knows me specifically
tldr: don't spam your friends lol :)
Palmolive cashmere bouquet bar soap lavender is a soap my mum always buys and uses. She gives me bars when I visit. The smell is very nice and leaves a scent on my skin.
As a regular user of lip balms, i was very keen to see how the Minenssey Lip Spa would compare to my normal go to brand.
Over all such a great concealer for it's price. It's cheap, available in most stores you hop into and multi use for a range of makeup needs. It's not full coverage.
