I have got enough points to be a silver on bh but it still says I am a bronze.

If you're anxious about beautorium, you could try loading items from your wishlist to your shopping basket & just see if it goes through. Remember, this is not the only beautorium event, there will be others. Of course, since you legitimately have enough points to participate, you're bound to want something.
I did notice my count took a bit to update recently, another idea is to try a different browser just to make sure it's not slow to update on the web browser you are using.
Alternatively, just email them and let them know and they should get back to you fairly quickly depending on how busy they are (which I am assuming they might be quite busy with similar inquiries right now).
I am having a similar issue at the minute, my points say that I have more than the required amount to be upgraded to gold membership, but I am still at silver level. I've had enough points for about a week or so and I keep checking and refreshing to no avail. Did you have to do anything in particular to get it updated or do I just need to patient and wait. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks :)
Hi Elisha, it should upgrade automatically. A week is a long time to wait without it having upgraded. I'd take a screen shot & email bh about it. email@example.com
I hope it is all sorted out. If I gathered enough points to be silver, I would want to be recognised for it. It's not easy to work your way up
