Definitely feels effective
This product is based on plant stem cells! Such a great concept. Andalou is an American company, cruelty free and vegan, so good! Packaging is simole. And clean looking.
Delicious smell

Im going to be honest... Kora Organics is expensive and not worth it for me. I tried a few products out and found them all to be just ok. The citrus mist was actually a little drying and did nothing for my face. The lipbalm is way too overpriced! The rosehip oil was nice, its actually rosehip mixed with other natural ingredients. However it costs a lot for a small amount and I noticed that pure oils (eg. pure rosehip oil) worked better for my skin anyway. You can buy more natural or organic skin care products for a cheaper price that will work just as well or even better. I dont buy anything from Kora anymore because it is over-priced, didn't really do much for my skin, and a lot of the products contain alcohol - I dont like benzyl acohol, ethanol alcohol and 'plain' alcohol on my skin.
thanks Cornflakegirl1 and Inna9, I have seen Kora Organics in David Jones, but never really saw or heard anything spectacular about it. Thanks for giving so much details because you have saved me money and time :)
I am currently using Kora Organics and I love it. It is expensive but goes a long way. It is great for sensitive skin like mine. I believe it is worth it as my skin is looking the best it has in years.
My advice would be to sign up to the Kora online site and get emailed about deals if you want to try (plus you get $20 off first order and you also get birthday discounts). I went through a phase of buying lots of Kora but I never paid the full prices. The pretty packaging, natural ingredients and well...look at Miranda Kerr! Shes doing something right! It worked for me for a while but I've found after trying more natural products that things with fewer ingredients like Trilogy rosehip work better for me (and its half the price for twice the size! ) Everyone is different however. The Kora rosehip and the AHA exfoliater were my favorites. The rest were not that spectacular. Lovely scents though!!!!
Is anyone using their products, particularly the Rose Quartz Luminizer? Is it a nicer shimmer or too much?
Raksha, I just did a search to provide you a link to KORA's products, but it seems that the brand has left BH.
I've used a few KORA products and I've liked most of them, but I think they're overpriced. I've just finished her Noni Glow Face Oil, which is lovely, but I won't buy it again as it's expensive.
Thanks for sharing. Saved my wallet :P
Oh god, really! I knew I should have written my reviews earlier!
Thanks much, Petal ;)
Ethelinde, feel free to check that KORA has left BH. It would be nice if I was incorrect.
When buying products, I often give preference to brands listed on beautyheaven because I love to support these brands. However, with so many brands leaving, I'm becoming more frustrated and disappointed. By the time I've bought the product/s and used them up until they're finished, it can be too late. I might have to start writing reviews after using product/s for only a few weeks.
I trust that you are right. What a pity. I actually made a massive Kora haul a couple of months ago and was getting ready to write all about them. I might still review and post on another website then. It would actually be nice if we had a running list of who is coming and going, rather than just who is coming...
I don't usually tell people what to do, but you could write reviews for KORA on Adore Beauty's website. When I do Google searches for products, Adore Beauty often appears, so there's a great chance that your reviews will be read by lots of people. Also, Adore Beauty has a new feature where they give $1 shopping credit for each approved review. Once I've caught up with my BH reviews, I will be writing some for Adore Beauty. At leave they won't be archived or deleted.
It would be lovely if BH would give the brands that are leaving a nice and simple goodbye.
You just reminded me of that Adore Beauty feature and I was thinking about that the other day. Great idea! Thanks Petal!
I've used the lip balm and it was awful. Overpriced and one of the worse lip balms I've tried.
Another brand leaving BH?? =( I have tried one of the Kora Organics products, the creme cleanser, I liked it (very expensive but it is nice!) It is a shame that a few brands have left BH, hopefully they decide to re-list again at some point
