As long as they appear sometime before the next RR, I am super not fussed. They have SO much work to do. I am stunned at all the things they have been juggling lately!

I have not recieved my 300 points back either, I am assuming it won't happen for a while with all that is going on at BH at the moment
Last year, 2018 I participated in my first rewards room and placed an order on November 13. My 300 points were redeemed on December 10 which was probably the day my order was dispatched as well. I remember the parcel arrived well and truly before Christmas as well. This year looks a bit different and I think beauty heaven may be a lot more popular and way busier than last year. They most likely are trying hard to get the orders out so everyone has their parcel before Christmas and the points will have to be dealt with afterwards.
I still haven't received mine yet and hope it does get here on Monday or Tuesday.
Interesting Trackydacky, that does sound like a logical way to process the points return, but it’s definitely more important to get the physical rewards to people than the points.
Well there is only a short time now till most everyone will be enjoying Christmas. I hope that all the RR shoppers have all received their orders now. The points still have not been added so I hope we don't have to email to request them like our birthday points!
There seems to be issues with IT regarding the automatic awarding of points as promised.
The BH staff can only do so much and with so many orders they should not be expected to follow up IT issues too.
Since it’s a website shouldn’t they have IT people to deal with and fix all of these IT issues though?
Yes the IT should be doing this and fixing the problems but perhaps they just are not as qualified and experienced as they should be for the job.
Last I had heard, they (the BH gals) have to manually reward the points to each member, it's not done automatically (so that would be why it takes a bit).
That sucks! Poor girls! It should be automatic....

Yes that seems to be the case these days and we have to contact them and let them know too. They are just too busy doing their normal duties to look up who has not received points so we have to bother them with emails. Quite inefficient, compared to how things were a couple of years ago.
