Ethelinde- how are you going with your foreo from last rewards room?
I like it but I'm not sure I'm using it correctly. It doesn't automatically turn off like the manual says it should. I keep meaning to write a review but I need to understand this contraption first otherwise it's just the blind leading the blind! There's an anti-ageing feature on the back that I just totally ignore - it's awkward, not sure it actually provides any real benefit. I think SJ has said the same. What I am impressed with is the battery life. I haven't charged it even once since I got it in the last Rewards Room and I use it quite frequently!
Which one you have Ethelinde? Mine is FL2 for combo skin (got replacement or my first one for 'sensitive' skin with brand new gadget from Foreo as mine stopped functioning properly just before 2 year warranty expiry for full replacement. The customer service was insanely superb, best so far I have experienced with any brand)
The cleansing side should vibrate for one area (12 EDIT-15 secondsfor cleanse side, 12 for anti-age massage part) buzz once , continue again...buzz once and like this until 1 minute is passed when it buzzes 3 times. It will continue buzzing non stop if you wish to use it for longer (I do, love the thing). Then you need to press button to stop (as a pause.
Then pauses until you rinse your face, do whatever...then you can either continue on a press of a button to use other side (massaging thing) or press to shut down. (light goes off)
I use the other side to massage my face sometimes with good luxe face oil. But regularly use front to buff whole face, massaging face oil/balm (if they are really good quality with nice goodies inside) all over before rinsing . So that kinda works as 'stronger' massage

FL2 for normal skin. Thanks for confirming mine is not malfunctioning. Your instructions are so much clearer! I've actually never thought to use it with a facial oil - I might try your tip! I do find cleaning my nose to be awkward, at least from the sides of my nose. I think Clarisonic has the advantage in that respect.
Yes - after a whole year and more I still haven't tried the massaging part. I just don't have the patience but now that yoh mentioned it I might just try it with a facial oil. Bit of a hassle though I need to clean that thing afterwards.
And I also resonate with your thoughts re: the sides of the nose. Such an awkward shape to get there. I still have blackheads most of the time.
You guys must have small faces and noses then. My head is huge, so device is perfection to reach everywhere! Nose including (size and reaching great into the corners and over)
Haha yes my face is pretty small, so as my nose.
I don't like using the tip of the foreo because it is harsher. So I use the sides for my nose which makes it even hareder

Got a gadget as I love playing with hair and have couple of the brand's gadgets already. Kind of collectors item for me (already sold out on brand's site). Plus makes fun styles. I like things quick and easy haha
By the way, I cut my hair just now , over 13 cm! Man, can not get use to it....feels so short! And it reaches my waist....This is another reason I got hair gadget....to mess with my hair more before I get too old for anything nutty xD

I dropped about 3000 in the last Beautorium of 2017....and I'm still recovering from it!

Well, I'm soooo happy that after a day-and-a half of that dreaded 404 page not found I've finally redeemed my points sucessfully. Apparently no on else has been unlucky enough for this to happen to them. But Lauren was lovely replying to all of my whingeing emails.
