Coconut Sunscreen SPF50 Dry Touch Lotion is the perfect sunscreen for everyone! Yes it does have a gorgeous coconut scent, so it an absolute pleasure to use! No strong scents, just a light and lovely scent which of course, mellows over time. I tested this sunscreen by going running in the afternoon. It was a sunny day and I always sweat a lot when I run outside. Of course when I run my skin goes red too but that is just from overheating. The product felt very comfortable on my skin and I used it on my face, arms, and the back of neck and chest and neck. The product soaked in quickly and felt good on my skin, it did not irritate my skin at all. It was not greasy either which is great as I do not oily textures, they make me break out and feel awful, but this cream was light, soothing and was very effective. I did not burn and I loved the feel of the cream on my skin, and of course, the scent just makes it even loevlier.

I was lucky enough to be able to trial the Coconut sunscreen SPF 50 Dry Touch Lotion. When I first applied the sunscreen I noticed the nice scent that it has. I like that it has a high SPF of 50. Because I have such sensitive and burn easily this product is ideal for me. When I used it, it assisted me to remain free from sun damage and sunburn. When I applied it, it felt nice on my skin, it wasn't oily and I liked the feel of it.
The packaging was fairly plain. The tube was a reasonable size so would last the summer season. I didn't get any reaction from the ingredients which I can be sensitive to some products. Overall I found it to be a great product to use when out in the sun. I think most people would find it a great product as well.

I have been using this constantly since the time I got it. It comes in a flip top tube with very basic packaging. This simple packaging might put someone off but not me as long as the product is wonderful. I have loved to use this since day one. It has dry touch formula and coconut scent which is so good specially in sunscreen as I hate the chemical smell of a lot of the sunscreen on the market these days. It is a very light formula with spf 50 and absorbs into the skin almost instantly. It also feels so dry and that is the best part. There are many times I don't apply sunscreen because i hate the stickyness afterwards. However this is the best sunscreen which leaves no sticky feeling yet it is so powerful.

My husband also tried this sunscreen but his eyes burned straight after application possibly because of the strong scent. And the sensitive eyes stayed even after removing this. So this might be the one for people who have sensitive skin or who are allergic to strong scents thus I have given 1 less star.

I would still recommend to try this if you like coconuts and good smelling products.

I had used this sunscreen for about two weeks and absolutely loved it! It is SPF 50, which is great for those hot, summer days where you are really exposed to the damaging sun rays. Unlike other products similar to this one, the reef coconut sunscreen leaves my skin feeling non-greasy and it really soaks up into my skin. The slight coconut smell was heavenly and not too overpowering. I could smell it on my skin hours after application. The packaging was an average tube bottle and dispersed the product really well. I ensured to apply this sunscreen around 20 minutes before exposing my skin to the sun, as suggested. Minutes after application, my skin felt very hydrating, which is quite unique for a sunscreen. It almost felt like I was applying a body moisturiser, which was great. After a two hour walk along the beach, I decided to re-apply the sunscreen. I had expected my pale skin to be slightly burnt after the walk, as this is what usually happens, but with this sunscreen, my skin felt nothing but hydrated and comfortable. Overall, this is a great sunscreen which protected my skin for multiple hours with only one reapplication, felt great and smelt amazing!

Very basic bottle, if i was buying a sunscreen I wouldn’t choose this one simply because the packaging is just basic. I think sunscreens should have more of fun vivid colours instead of the soft brown it has , specially for kids, but that’s just my opinion .

This sunscreen comes in a plastic tube of 150g which is a perfect size, easy to carry to the beach in a standard sized bag, and it would last for a while. At the moment I have used it for about 2-3 weeks and it still has a fair bit to go.

The smell of this sunscreen is HEAVEN,coconut is always perfect for sunny days as it’s not too overwhelming and it leaves my skin super fresh, no need to use perfume or body cream

The texture is amazing too. It leaves a dry touch finish as it claims and the sand doesn’t stick as much to my skin as it does with other sunscreens. The protection is very high too so I didn’t worry too much about being in the sun for too long, I did re apply every 2 hours of course. My skin tans really easily and doesn’t really get burned so I guess that’s bonus points as well. I don’t know how it would react with a normal sensitive- to the sun - skin.

Overall I think it’s a very good sunscreen and I would repurchase , specially because it’s affordable, smells delicious and I’ve known REEF for ages. A recommendation would be definitely to make a better package ( more attractive I guess )

Remember the days when people actually used tanning lotions and tried to spend as much time in the sun as possible to get that great tan. How things have changed!

I am very fair and need to wear sunscreen every day. The SPF-50 is essential for me however it is the dry-touch characteristic of the lotion that really hits the spot.

Not only is it non-greasy, it is also very hydrating (great for those of us with damaged or dry skin). The coconut fragrance reminds me of my childhood and summer days spent swimming. Unlike then, this product lasts for 2 hours and is water resistant.

The tube notes that the lotion is non-sticky so sand won't stick to you at the beach - I haven't tried that out yet.

Overall, this is a really modern take on the ever-present need to protect our skin from sun damage. This product makes it easy to do just that.

Both my son and I have fair skin so I'm always on the lookout for a new sun cream that is not only effective but smells good and works well too. This is definitely it for me.

It has a light coconut smell which is very summery and not too strong. It takes away some of that harsh sunscreen smell which I really dislike.

It absorbs quickly & easily into the skin without leaving a white cast. It's described as a dry-touch formulation which really helps at the beach so you don't get covered with sand! It has an SPF of 50 and I found it extremely effective when we were out in both indirect and direct sunlight. I reapplied it on myself and my son every 2 hours and neither of us were burnt any of the times we used it.

I've gone through the entire tube since the trial began and I'll definitely repurchase because it's so comfortable on the skin. My son can be extremely fussy with textures and this one did not bother him at all.

The only feedback I can give is that I would love to see this in a pump bottle or a spray on formula. You can go through the tube very quickly when you're using it every day.

Thank you Beauty Heaven for letting me try this product. The first I notice upon opening the tube was the heavenly coconut scent- the smell of summer! The consistency is great, not greasy and not sticky. Upon applying, my skin looks a little shiny but soft which is great so it also hydrates the skin as well as protecting it from the harsh sun rays. I noticed that the skin absorbs it quickly. I was pleasantly happy with the results as I was quite apprehensive in trying it as my skin usually gets irritated (breaks out in a rash) when I try new sunscreens so I was relieved to find to skin didn't react to this sunscreen. I am glad that I was given the chance to try this sunscreen as I didn't know about this sunscreen previously. I love the fact that it is SPF 50+ and that it is great for oily skinned people too- no breakouts!

The Reef Coconut Sunscreen claims as a dry-touch lotion and my goodness it is definately a dry- touch lotion sunscreen.

I have tried a lot of sunscreens and this is by far the best I have ever tried.

The product has a delicate coconut fragrance which is not too overpowering. I really appreciated this as i have never been attracted to products with coconut scents.

The formula is smooth,light and easily absorbed into the skin. There is no tacky residue and does have a "dry touch" feel. Throughout the day during Australia's beautiful 30+ degree heat, i still felt dry!

I did not feel any stickiness,tackiness nor a wet feel from me sweating from the heat.

The SPF 50 is an extra bonus. I can feel confident going to a beach feeling protected from the harsh australian sun without being sunburnt.
