What is your top trick to get rid of jetlag?
Staying hydrated helps too
i need that Lush balm for when i wake up every morning! I'm a terrible waker... always lethargic for hours in the morning :(
I'm going to try Chillax when I'm on a long haul flight. I can never sleep on a plane and it's the worst in long flights!
Great suggestions. I have a trip coming up soon, and these will be useful.
I try to sleep as much as I can.
Great suggestions here. Like to try the drinks for sleepless restless nights
The longest flight for me is about 9 - 10 hours and I don't think I can go longer than that! For me jetlag isn't a big deal, you will get over it. It's the people, your fellow passengers! I feel queasy about being trapped in a small space with a whole bunch of burping, farting strangers with burping, farting and crying babies/toddlers.
Keeping hydrating and getting lots of sleep are the only things that have worked (so far) for me.
Thanks for informing us about these handy products!
I would just need an eyemask!
That lush balm sounds really interesting!
EEP! I wanna try the Whoosh temple balm so much.
I seem to be one of the lucky few who don't really experience too much jetlag! :) The lush balm sounds lovely though.
I drink heaps of water and sports drinks to keep hydrated and use lots of eye cream.
This is useful, and great timing, as I have a trip coming up - once I had to give a seminar after 36 straight hours of travelling (Canberra to Madison Wisconsin) - it's fair to say that was not my most shining performance!
these sound great!!
Now if I ever do travel on a long flight I know what to do now. Hmmmm don't think travelling long hours will be happening for me though :-(
I don't really try to fight jet-lag. I usually just curl into a ball in my bed or hotel room and sleep.
those seem like great products!!
drink plenty of water, and sleep
These look great
body shop has a great pillow mist anddd celestial's sleepytime tea is good too. i might just be psychologically affected, but hey, i sleep!
Awesome tips & timing, have a family member going around the other end of the world ie Sth America shortly. I've vowed to not land in a new city at 6am again after a huge flight, made the day way, way too long. And I love lavender facial mists/hand creams & similar products, it's very relaxing for quality sleep on the plane
