Miranda Kerr spills her wellbeing secrets

If I could steal any celebrity’s skin, it’d have to be Miranda Kerr’s.
It’s so glowy it’s practically blinding, so you can imagine my excitement at discovering a number of her wellbeing and beauty secrets.
Speaking to The Daily Mail, the model revealed she makes an “alkalising and nutrient-dense” superfood smoothie with the following ingredients:
- Maca powder
- Acai powder
- Spirulina
- Cacao powder
- Coconut oil
- Chia seeds
Got that down? She also follows up with a serving of avocado – one of the best foods for skin health – confessing she has a bit of an addiction: “I probably have half an avocado a day”.
Of course, the former Victoria’s Secret angel also swears by her organic skincare line, KORA Organics, saying she uses the Luxurious Rosehip Oil to combat dryness.
But does the homegrown beauty ever indulge? Well, she’s big on drinking tea, which she considers her ‘me time’ – this makes sense, as she’s also about to launch a teaware collection for Royal Albert – though compared to my own late-night Mint Slice habit, this treat’s pretty tame.
She also reckons she eats “healthily 80 per cent of the time” and indulges “20 per cent of the time. But her self-confessed “everyday treat” is similarly, well, un-treat-like: “I cook gluten-free muffins with blueberries and chia seeds.”
Ok, it may give her a glowy complexion and an unbelievable bod, but Miranda Kerr’s health and beauty regime is just a little too good!
What are your best health and wellbeing tips? What do you recommend for glowing skin like Miranda’s?

Smoothie. I think she puts a non dairy milk and fruit in it too. Maybe protein powder and some avocado. Read this somewhere.

That smoothie doesn't sound like a smoothie I'd have ever tbh sounds really odd. I love how her gluten free muffin with blue berries and chia seeds is a treat. That would be my healthy way of living if I were on a diet or something hahaha

Miranda is just gorgeous. I love her philosophy on good healthy eating. That’s got a lot to do with her glowing skin- and Rosehip oil too!

She is gorgeous but I think alot of what goes on is also to do with how much money she has and normal everyday people can't do

I agree with the first line of this article, "If I could steal any celebrity’s skin, it’d have to be Miranda Kerr’s". She looks so so gorgeous.

But I find the celebrity 80/20 rule hilarious sometimes. I'm like your 20 is not my 20. I'm like my 20 is a chocolate bar and bacon eggs toast, yours is like two helpings of salad ha ha. Sometimes not realistic.

Miranda used to be one of my very favourite celebrities - and I'm someone who isn't celebrity conscious - but she's gone off my interest level over the last few years unfortunately because she hasn't always practised what she preached. I'm not criticising, just observing.

Like the 80/20 rule also, so we don't deprive ourselves. I like all of those ingredients in the smoothie, yet sounds weird having them all together.

When I was her age I was glowing all over with a very slim figure, eating anything! But now I eat loads of fruit every day, some nuts and seeds here and there, few greens... nearing 40, wrinkle free, and things not going south yet!!!

I wish I could eat as healthy as her! But then as they say, you are what you eat.

Superfood smoothie and eating avocado sounds both yummy and doable. But she is ultra disciplined. When I have a treat I make sure it is actually a treat, not health food lol Too hard!!

It's great to substitute non healthy ingredients with ones that are better for you i.e. gluten free, low sugar, low fat. I'm currently addicted to raw cheesecakes. Great for a treat. Not everyday.
