Your chance to: try before you buy

Remember when you were just entering adolescence and you couldn’t wait to get your first period? To join that ‘secret club’ like the older girls, and really feel like a woman? From when I was about 13-years-old, every month I’d eagerly anticipate the arrival of this important rite of passage into womanhood (it turned out to be a pretty long wait considering I only got my first period when I was 16!).
Fast-forward 15 years and I loathe the very thought of them. The cramping, the bloating, the irritability one second followed by utter lethargy the next, the sugar-cravings and subsequent migraines from over-indulgence in said sugars…
And let’s not forget the constant worry that you’ve leaked. According to a recent survey, almost 50 per cent of women who use tampons experience leakage during their period*. Which is exactly why CAREFREE® FLEXIA® ” the next generation of tampons ” was developed. You’ve probably heard me harp on about them before, but seriously beauties, they really do work.
Developed with special SoftFolds® that are designed to catch fluid and direct it to the inner core of the tampon, CAREFREE® FLEXIA® tampons prevent leaks and provide top-notch protection, leaving you to feel comfortable and confident even on your heaviest days.
Want to try before you buy? Now’s your perfect chance! Until 3rd May 2012, CAREFREE® FLEXIA® will be running a sampling campaign on its facebook page so that you can see for yourself just how good these tampons really are.
Simply ‘like’ the Carefree facebook page, click on the ‘Try a FREE SAMPLE’ button (hint: it’s under the quote from one of our very own bh members!) and a free sample of CAREFREE® FLEXIA® is all yours!

After going vegan, I feel great! And using cup, as I do not even have it. Easy peasy. Some bloating first couple of hours....then great.

Trying before you buy is such a great opportunity, I hate when I buy a full size and priced product only to realise I don't like it

Currently what I hate most about getting my period is when it's late or irregular.

I'm on the pill and I skip it every chance I get. Periods are not fun.

I was 11 years old and mortified when I "joined" that particular club - and I have never grown much more accustomed to them, I'm afraid. At least I no longer get terrible cramps, but I still get pimples and weird food cravings.

At age 40, I went into Early Menopause and since I already have four kids, it didn't worry me in the slightest as I no longer have to worry about the dreaded periods ! Except that three of my kids are girls ... now I just have to wait till they all start !!!

The pimples, the cravings, the extreme bloating, mood swings, headaches, general body aches, the going to the toilet every 5 minutes (not literally, you know what I mean, it's frequent), the gross feeling, the back ache, the nausea and the PAINFUL CRAMPS that make me think getting my foot run over repeatedly by a truck would be easier to deal with. Having to be at work when I can't fit into my clothes and having to be alert.
Do I go on??? lol
