How to wake up more radiant

Hi beauties,
I’m Laura and I’m the new Online Manager on the bh team. It’s my job to keep an eye on the site and make sure you have access to all the fantastic product profiles, reviews, how-tos, forums and information that provide you with your beauty fix every time you visit bh. I’ll be on hand to assist with technical queries you may have about the site and to listen to any feedback you give.
I’m so excited to join the team and I’m already picking up lots of advice from all the savvy bh members who are writing in the forums, including discovering the amazing beauty benefits of coconut oil (I’m now having it on my porridge every day as well as investing in coconut oil mosturisers).
I’ll also be writing blogs and features from time to time – particularly around my current health and beauty passions: wellbeing and fitness, looking after fair skin in the sun, and anti-ageing products and tips.
In the meantime, I’ve written my first feature for bh about another one of my interests – getting a good night’s sleep! Having a restful night's slumber is so important in winter - especially if you want to replenish your skin overnight and wake up looking refreshed.
I’m really looking forward to chatting to you in the forums and reading more of your really informative reviews.
Laura x

Do this: shredded dried coconut (sans preservatives) in blender/food processor. Blent till creamy into coconut butter. Add everywhere. For raw nutella add a few spoons of cacao and a few soaked dates in the mix. and voile! Coconuts plus cacao and mineral rich dates! Drop that into your porridge

I really need a good nights sleep and I can see sometimes my skin doesn't look it's best from lack of sleep!! My husband snores all night and makes it hard sometimes, however I loved your article and may need to invest in a spritz for my pillow to make me calm and drift off to sleep. :P zzzzzzz

Hi Laura and welcome! I agree about the importance of sleep - my skin looks shabby if I don't get a good night's sleep.
