Touch of happiness

In this day and age with so many life stresses and environmental aggressors, it’s often difficult to find a moment of true, unbridled happiness.

Now don’t get me wrong – I’m not saying we’re all walking around like regular misery guts’. Personally, I consider myself a very cheerful person.

I often feel content, joyful, even excited – but I guess I only realised the limitations to those emotions when, I recently had one of the most blissful experiences ever.

My taste of true happiness came last week when my fellow beauty editors and I were lucky enough to be whisked off to Sea World on the Gold Coast ny NIVEA to swim with dolphins! I'm happy the majority of the time. Simple things make me happy: my house, the products I use, the clothes I wear, my business, yoga etc etc. Pretty blessed :)

I feel happy most of the time - it is important that happiness is from within, not caused by external factors - or else everyone but you is then in control of your happiness!

So lucky, you got to swim with the dolphins. I would love to do that. This body lotion smells so nice. I feel happy when I am doing something with my hubby and boys

Deb, the swimming with dolphins would have been a great experience! That and some nice body lotion would definitely lift your spirirts :) The last time I was truly happy was when my sister called to tell me that my mum and her are coming to visit me, I was in shock (of a good kind) and still cant stop thinking about it!

I always feel happy when I hang out with my daughter and we're just chatting or shopping or going out to lunch. She's hilarious and she makes me laugh all the time.

Congrats Hmad, on reaching the brown belt stage, that's really great. I can't really remember the last time where i was truly happy, it's been a while, if i have the opportunity to swim with dolphins that would really make me happ, and the Nivea touch of happiness body lotions, sounds devine.

The last time I felt truly happy was last New Year's Eve. Just thinking about all the good fortune that happened to me the year before, the love of my family, and the hope of this new year made me truly happy. Nivea sure has great timing releasing that body lotion. It's a great way to beat the winter blues and dryness! :)

Gee you girls are lucky! What a fabulous experience.

I had a strange burst of happiness one afternoon for no apparent reason. I was sitting in my loungeroom with my cat on my lap and I suddenly realised how lucky I am and was overcome with contentment :-)
